I found the staff really friendly and helpful. The room included complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. I used the nearby metro stationwith easy access to various locations. There were sweets available. This was a nice touch.
The water pressure in the shower was unfortunately quite low.

The staff were so kind and polite. Every request i made was immediately adhered to. a coat hanger stood ready, proving a very big plus considering i traveled in the winter season. The location boasts great restaurants nearby. grocery stores sit right in front of the building. The metro is just a short walk away.
the room was not cleaned to perfection, and i noticed some early noises of cleaning above, which disturbed the peace a bit.

Excellent Stay Near the Metro

The hotel's decor is noteworthy. I found it both beautiful and inviting. Shames, the receptionist, stood out with really good helpfulness and charm. He assisted with my room and readily fulfilled my requests (it was really helpful). There's a game room which opens to an outdoor patio, I enjoyed it a lot. I was able to relax and read.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. I noticed that the options remained the same throughout my stay. I believe a bit more variety could enhance this offering.

The kettle in the room was rusty and old. i certainly could not use it. the sink also had some issues as it was clogged and drained very slowly. housekeeping needs improvement. The floor wasn't swept, and i found hair. i would expect much better cleanliness.

bad lightingunpleasant odor
the room i was given did not match the online photos. it had bad lighting. there was also a noticeable, unpleasant odor on my floor. i reported it, but the staff said they were unaware and would investigate it the next day, frustrating since i was only staying for a short time.
